How long does it take to process an order?

• Egyptian Crown Collection and Jewellery/Ritual Items Collection: All of the pieces in these collections are handmade to order and take time due to the construction process so please allow 4-6 weeks for construction of pieces from these collections, plus delivery time.
• Apparel, Homeware and Pet Collections: Please allow 3-4 days for processing and a delivery time of 2-21 days depending on location.

Do you take Rush orders?

• We are happy to take rush orders depending on the current demand at the time. Rush orders will incur a 20% “Jump the Queue” fee, payable on acceptance of the commission. Please advise us in advance if you require a Rush Order.

Do you ship to other countries other than Australia and the USA?

• Yes we ship across the globe, but at the moment countries in the EU for example require more complex shipping methods due to restrictions by law. As a result, currently, we do not offer free shipping to the EU, UK and elsewhere. Please reach out to us for more information on shipping fees when you first place your order.

What about shipping for custom orders?

• Due to the unpredictable nature of custom orders we currently do not offer free shipping on custom orders. If you have something special in mind please let us know via message or email and we can happily negotiate shipping and other costs involved.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

• We are currently in the process of arranging this service at check out. In the meantime please contact us should you require express shipping.
